Where people meet the AI: assistants and interfaces (FORMA)
Where people meet the AI — your team and your customers. FORMA creates interfaces, assistants, websites and funnels that feel clear, trustworthy and intentional. A good solution that people do not trust or cannot operate does not get used; FORMA is the chamber that prevents this.
What you receive
- Designed interfaces for your team and your customers.
- Labelling that shows where AI is speaking.
- A test with real users.
Everything people see of the AI
FORMA covers the operating surfaces for your team, assistants for your customers, and the website or funnel with AI behind it. The design decides whether people understand what the AI is doing, can correct it, and can reach a person when they want to. That is why the surface is designed together with the application from OPUS, not afterwards.
Marked where AI speaks
Wherever an assistant talks to a person, it is recognisable as AI. We also keep the way to a human contact visible. The AI Act contains transparency rules for certain AI systems, in its Article 50; their exact scope depends on the system and the use case, and we check this per solution. This page is not legal advice.
Tested with real users
We let people from your team, and where it makes sense from your customers, work with the surface before it goes live. We watch where they hesitate, what they misread, and what they ignore. The findings go into the next version and into the test log, so that you can see the basis of the release decision.
Why it matters for adoption
From the failure patterns we have studied, nobody using the solution is one of the most common. Licences are bought, an announcement goes out, and a few weeks later people have returned to their old way of working. A clear and trustworthy surface is one of the answers; training, rules and owners (ACTUS) are the other.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build chatbots for our website?
Assistants for customers are part of FORMA. Whether one makes sense for you is part of the assessment, and if it speaks to your customers, it is marked as AI.
Do you also design websites?
Yes, as far as they are the visible surface of an AI solution, such as a website or funnel with AI behind it.
Who tests the surface?
Real users from your team, and where it makes sense your customers. We document the findings.
