ORDO
Orientation, strategy, rules and roadmap.Where AI pays off in your company — and where it doesn't. A clear assessment, the rules it has to follow, and a roadmap you can act on.
A HOUSE FOR AI — FROM STRATEGY TO DAILY PRACTICE.
Maison Ordo is an AI consultancy for small and mid-sized companies. We assess where AI pays off in your business — and where it doesn't — build the assistants and automations ourselves, connect them to the systems you already run, and stay until your team uses them every day. Every step is tested on your own cases. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Where AI pays off in your company — and where it doesn't. A clear assessment, the rules it has to follow, and a roadmap you can act on.
The architecture behind AI that works. Data, integrations, security and infrastructure — connected to the systems you already run.
Enter FABRICA — AI implementation: data, integration and security (FABRICA)The AI that does the work. Assistants and agents built for your processes — tested on your own cases, released only with your approval.
Enter OPUS — AI agents and assistants that do the work (OPUS)Where people meet the AI — your team and your customers. Interfaces, assistants, websites and funnels that feel clear, trustworthy and intentional.
Enter FORMA — Where people meet the AI: assistants and interfaces (FORMA)From pilot to daily practice. Training, rules, owners and measurement — so AI is actually used, stays compliant and keeps improving.
Enter ACTUS — AI adoption: training, rules and operation (ACTUS)Nothing goes live without your approval. Every assistant, agent and automation is tested on your own cases first. You decide what is released — and you can see where AI is speaking.
In practice this means three things. First, you see how a solution performs on real examples from your company before anyone relies on it. Second, release is a decision on your side, made at points we write down together. Third, wherever AI talks to your team or your customers, it is marked as AI.
Maison Ordo is AI consulting from strategy to daily practice. Begin at the centre, or enter the chamber you need. You can start in any chamber; if you do not know where, start in the middle.
Many AI trials never reach daily work. A report by MIT's Project NANDA (July 2025), as reported by Virtualization Review, states that just 5% of integrated AI pilots were extracting millions in value, while the vast majority remained stuck with no measurable profit-and-loss impact. The report is based on a limited number of projects and interviews, not on a representative survey, so we read it as a warning rather than as a statistic about your industry.
In 2024 Gartner predicted that at least 30% of generative AI projects would be abandoned after proof of concept by the end of 2025, naming poor data quality, inadequate risk controls, escalating costs and unclear business value as causes.
We draw four lessons from this and give each one a place in the house. A pilot without a path into operation: ORDO fixes, before anything is built, how "it works in daily practice" will be measured. Data and risk not under control: FABRICA deals with them in the foundation. Nobody uses it: FORMA makes the surface usable and trustworthy, and ACTUS embeds the solution with training, rules and owners. Unclear benefit: ACTUS measures against a starting value taken beforehand.
We build ourselves instead of reselling licences. We adopt and adapt what already exists — open building blocks, patterns, templates — and note the licence of every block in the documentation we hand over. We use paid third-party tools only if you ask for them. We also tell you when AI does not pay off for a given task, and we hand over in a way that lets you continue without us. Operation after the hand-over can be booked for a limited period; there is no open-ended contract.
The first call (30 minutes, by video) is free. The entry point is the assessment at a fixed price that we name in writing before you start. Details are on the page about process and pricing.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. It does not require a specific level for each person. Our guide explains the wording.
A written policy answers what your team may do with AI, which data may go into which tool and who approves. It is the basis for training. Our guide lists what belongs in it. It is not legal advice.
Connecting AI to the systems you already run is the task of FABRICA. Which connections make sense is clarified in the assessment, on the basis of your own cases.
