• Sorting incoming enquiries and preparing draft replies, which a person checks and sends.
• Preparing quotes and documents from material that already exists in your company.
• Making knowledge from your own documents findable, so that people get answers without searching through folders.
• Passing information between programs, where today someone copies it by hand.

Assistant or agent?

An assistant answers when asked and supports a person. An agent takes steps on its own within limits you have set — for example filing a document or preparing a reply. The more an application acts alone, the more important its approval points become. We therefore decide with you, for every task, which steps run on their own and which a person confirms.

Tested on your own cases

Before anything is released, we run the application on real examples from your company, with your data under the rules agreed in FABRICA. The result is the test log: what worked, what did not, and where a person must stay in the loop. You decide on this basis whether, and in which scope, the application goes live. Nothing goes live without your approval.

What comes after

An application that nobody uses has no value. For this reason OPUS is usually followed by FORMA, so that the surface is clear and trustworthy, and by ACTUS, which brings training, rules and measurement. We fixed in the assessment how success will be measured, and we compare against the starting value.
