Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or send us an enquiry. Last updated: 8 October 2026.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger on servers in Germany. When you open a page, the server records technical data in log files: your IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. We process them to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The logs are kept only as long as this purpose requires.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no external fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are delivered from our own server; nothing is loaded from the servers of third parties. For this reason there is no cookie banner.
4. Enquiry form and email
If you send us the enquiry form or an email, we process the details you give us — for example your question, your name, your company, your email address and the answers to the form's questions — in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and, otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). The form is stored on our own server in a separate storage. The checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this policy; it is not a consent to advertising.
We keep enquiries for 12 months after the enquiry has been dealt with. After that we delete them, unless a contract was concluded and legal retention duties apply.
Our mailbox provider is Purelymail. The provider is based in the USA, so your data may be processed in the USA when you write to us by email or when we reply.
5. Notification to the owner
When an enquiry arrives, the owner receives a short notice via the messaging service Telegram. This notice contains no personal data, for example only "New enquiry" and the topic.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to us at the address above.
7. Status
Status of this policy: 8 October 2026. We update it when the website, the processing or the legal situation changes.
