AI strategy consulting: the assessment (ORDO)
Where AI pays off in your company — and where it doesn't. ORDO is a clear assessment, the rules that apply, and a roadmap you can act on. It is the entry point for everyone who does not know which chamber they need, and it is offered at a fixed price named in writing before you start.
What you receive
- An assessment report: where you stand and where AI can help.
- A list of use cases, each with benefit, effort and risk.
- A draft of your rules: data protection, the EU AI Act, internal approvals.
- A roadmap: what to do first, and in which order.
- For every use case, fixed before anything is built: how "it works in daily practice" will be measured.
Why the measure comes first
Many trials start with a tool and end without a verdict. Gartner predicted in 2024 that at least 30% of generative AI projects would be abandoned after proof of concept by the end of 2025, with unclear business value among the named causes. That is why we write down, for each use case, which figure shows success — for example usage rate, time saved or error rate — and we take the starting value before the first line is built.
The measure is also what lets you say no. A use case without a measurable benefit does not go into the roadmap.
How it runs
The first call is free and takes 30 minutes by video. After it comes a workshop with you, in which we go through your processes and real example cases. We then evaluate, and you receive the written result, which we discuss with you.

Price
The assessment has a fixed price. It is named in writing before you start. If you order a chamber afterwards, the amount is credited against it. You pay by invoice and bank transfer.
Who it is for
For everyone who does not know which chamber they need: owners and managing directors who must decide whether and where to spend money on AI, and the people who will carry AI in-house. If AI does not pay off for a task, we say so — that is part of the result.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to continue with Maison Ordo after the assessment?
No. The written result is yours. Further work is offered afterwards, with a fixed scope and price per chamber, and only if it makes sense.
Does the assessment include rules?
It includes a draft of your rules on data protection, the EU AI Act and internal approvals. It is a working basis, not legal advice.
What do you need from us?
A contact person, real example cases from your daily work, and time for the workshop.
